CASA SCORPIONE - STROMBOLI

The “Scorpione” complex is situated halfway between the main square (50 metres away) and the seashore (100 metres away) at no. 16 on the ancient Pola road.
It is comprised of 3 houses: "il Faro", "le Terrazze", "i Forni", which are fully independent and situated on different levels, separated by flights of stairs, palm trees, flowers and plants.
They all enjoy absolute privacy (*)
The three houses preserve the peculiar atmosphere of the original Aeolian dwellings and are enhanced by the restoration work carried out in 2001 and the elegant period furniture.
The windows and large terraces afford an extensive view of the sea and of the islet of Strombolicchio.
All three houses are endowed with new bathroom facilities and all “mod cons” (including TV).
 
 

"il Faro" is ideal for a couple.
It consists of a very large bedroom facing onto a terrace with a seaview, and of another internal covered terrace, plus bathroom and kitchen..

"Le Terrazze" consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other a large single bed, with a normal single bed on an intermediate floor), both facing onto two large seaview terraces.
The first covered and furnished terrace is fitted with a kitchen, the second, ensconced in palms and bougainvillaea, is a solarium.
The bathroom can be reached from a third smaller terrace.

"i Forni" is a large-sized house (accommodating up to 7 people) and takes its name from two old ovens kept on the splendid patio that leads to the three bedrooms (two very large, one smaller, with chimney) and two bathrooms;
the patio also leads to an elegant living room and the kitchen (which has a dishwasher), both of which face onto a seaview terrace..

(*) From June to September these houses are rented out on a weekly basis only,
with arrival on Saturday after 5 p.m. and departure again on Saturday by 11 a.m..
 

Prices (per week)
The price includes the supply of bed linen, towels and house cleaning twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday).
